In the name of Allah,
Alhamdulillah, although I didn't have any plans for the break, Allah has given me plenty of opportunities to do many other things and among them is meeting and making time for people and alhamdulillah, develop relationships with other people whom I do not expect to have such bond with. Praise Allah for the beautiful plan only He can design.
This week has been a little busy as two events happened and both needs proper preparation before the events took place. First was the Gawai celebration and then, a farewell party with doa for one of the senior-most senior, kak Ili Fatin.
Lately, I've been feeling like a loser very much. Not because of the exam results and what not but hearing hwo iother people advance so much before me, made me really think what could I have done to have made me where I am now. OK. serabut ayat, but something like that.
When I think about it, it's because I don't have plans, to begin with, that I can strive for. So, perhaps I should start planning so that I can have whatever that is I want achieved.
Sounds so simple, yet it's very interrelated. People say that failing to plan, is planning to fail. I, not that I have ever failed planning, think that even when you don't plan something, you are actually not doing nothing and not doing nothing is failing. This is because whilst doing nothing, there will always be syaitaan reaching out to us, making us do all the dreadful things Allah despises.
In the Quran itself, in Surah Al-Asr, Allah has said that everyone is in loss except those who are those who believe and work righteous deeds, and enjoin upon each other the truth and enjoin upon each other steadfastness (103:1-3).
This is evident how Allah wants us to do things that are worthy to the time He has given us in our lives on earth. I myself sometimes didn't notice how 10 minutes turn into an hour on Youtube. Oh, bahana internet kepada masa.
From time to time, I need to remind myself how time well-spent gives you good sleep. I heard this from somewhere before but not sure where it was from. But believe me, when you have a whole day of busyness, ( occupied with things that help you grow, benefit others as well), you will get a good night sleep. Apart from the tiredness, the satisfaction of having done such hard work for the day, pays off when you put your head on the fluffy pillow.
